1 Definitions

3 Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.

3.2 mcw247 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days; and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your legal name).

3.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being declined. Repeated failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by mcw247 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements are 25x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses forfeited.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on the mcw247 platform are final once confirmed. mcw247 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except where the platform has made a manifest error.

6.2 Manifest Errors. If a bet is accepted or a payout is made as a result of a manifest error (including, without limitation, an incorrect price, incorrect market description, or system malfunction), mcw247 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

6.3 Sportsbook Markets. Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or closed at any time, including during live play. 6.4 Casino and Live Casino Games. Where a technical fault interrupts a game round, the round will be voided and the bet stake returned.

6.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software ("bots"), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. mcw247 uses automated monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and will void bets, suspend accounts, and forfeit balances where fraud is detected.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9 Account Suspension and Closure
